Can I just volunteer one time, or would you like volunteers who can commit to a consistent schedule?
Both! Drop-in volunteers are welcome depending on the project and seasonal needs. We also love cultivating relationships with volunteers who can come consistently, take ownership, and get invested in particular projects around the Farm. Let us know your interest when submitting the volunteer application form.
Is there a minimum age requirement to volunteer?
Generally, all volunteers must be at least 15 years of age. We have some family-friendly volunteering opportunities as well. Please be in touch if you have a younger child who would like to volunteer.
Can I count my hours for the community service requirement at my school?
Yes, we are an approved site for BUHS and other schools in the area. A certificate of completion is available upon request.
Do you host organizations, schools, or others who would like to volunteer as a group?
Yes, we love volunteer groups! Please fill out a volunteer and release form and we’ll get in touch to schedule a volunteer experience for your group.
