These adventures are a vital way that we meet our mission of “connecting people with the land.” We have acres and acres of land and miles and miles of trails. There’s always something to do so come out and enjoy yourself.
Easy/Youth Hike (choose one)
These two hikes are great for families with little ones.
The Nature Trail Loop is .65mi and is perfect for a family walk, especially with younger kids.
It’s easy to get to the trailhead, just take a right and head to the piggery (Red Line). It’s a sweet little trail with swoops and turns.
The Interpretive Trail Loop is a delightful 1.2mi walk with informational signs to show and tell the history of these woods.
You can drive to this trail (Purple Line) or walk. Take Cedar Street up to High Street, then take a right at Solar Hill (solar panels and a dirt driveway up) and park at the top.
